What the service is
ConformReady organises the evidence behind CPSC certificates: it reads the documents you and your suppliers give us, checks them against published CPSC data, flags what is missing or inconsistent, and keeps a record per product. We are not a customs broker, a testing laboratory or a law firm. We do not file entries with CBP, we do not test products, and nothing here is legal advice. Under 16 CFR part 1110 the importer remains the certifier for its own products.
What we do not promise
Our checks are an aid to a qualified person, not a substitute for one. We do not warrant that a product is compliant, that a shipment will clear, or that a certificate will be accepted. Findings are based on the documents supplied and on CPSC data as published on the date shown against each dataset.
Plans and billing
Monthly plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew monthly until cancelled. An active product is one certificate kept current, counted as the pricing page describes. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from Manage billing inside the app, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
Your data
The documents you upload remain yours. You can export your records at any time, and we delete them on request. See privacy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
