Monthly plans
Cancel at any time from Manage billing in the app, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
First month: if ConformReady is not useful to you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that month in full, no questions asked. One first-month refund per customer.
Later months: renewals are not normally refunded, because the work is done continuously through the month. If we got something materially wrong, or you were charged after cancelling, write to us and we will put it right.
One-time services
A Readiness Review or Compliance Rescue can be cancelled for a full refund any time before we start work. Once work has started, we refund the part not yet delivered.
Failed payments
A failed card does not immediately close your account. We keep access while Stripe retries, so a billing problem never locks you out of records mid-shipment.
How to ask
Email hello@conformready.com from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within five to ten business days.
